For 9 years I've coached everyone from first-time gym-goers to natural athletes. My clients have earned 8 natural pro cards across 3 federations. I'm an MNU Certified Nutritionist, and I compete in men's physique myself, so I hold my own body to the same standard I'll hold yours.

Do I need to want to compete?

No. Most of the team never steps on stage. The stage results exist to prove the system; you use it for your own goal.

I'm a beginner. Is this too advanced for me?

Beginners do best here. You skip the 3 years of guessing.

What does it cost?

Coaching is $110–$140+ AUD per week depending on the level of support you need. We sort the right fit on the call before you commit to anything.

I work long hours. Will this actually fit my life?

The nutrition and training are built around your life, not the other way round. You've just scrolled past a shift worker who's been in the team 4 years.

Will Matt actually coach me?

Yes. I review every check-in and I'm the one in your DMs.

Do I get a meal plan?

You get nutrition coaching built on food you actually eat, plus plans built for convenience and your weekends — adjusted weekly. A static PDF meal plan is exactly the thing that failed you last time.

How long until I see a serious change?

Depends where you start, and I won't pretend otherwise. We set an honest timeline at onboarding and you'll see the trend in your weekly data long before strangers comment on it.

What happens after I apply?

You can book your call the second you submit — the sooner the better. Matt reviews every application before the call, and you'll get a short questionnaire (just the first section) so the call is about your plan, not paperwork.

I remember exactly what that felt like. Doing everything right, and being the odd one out for it.
